People of African decent have a rich history and it is only when we reconnect with our past will we be able to move with certainty and power into the future.  Our network of historians will conduct seminars and workshops designed to empower the public with the know and confidence to be a change agent.

As a member of the Circle of Brotherhood network, you are entitled to access employment opportunities that come available on a first come, first served basis and are determined by the seniority and participation in the Brotherhood.

All members in the Circle of Brotherhood are responsible for volunteering for a minimum of 10 events per year.  Each new member is required to do an additional 10 events on top of the mandatory 10 for the regular membership.

Many senior citizens have valuable knowledge and experience that often gets wasted.  The Circle of Brotherhood welcomes these community treasures and works closely the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Parade and Festivities Committee

The children in our community are our future so we will partner with childcare centers.  Excel Empowerment Zone, Circle of Literacy and the Circle of Youth Zone will oversee this division of the network.  

In order to control your narrative, one must have their own Platform and M12 Interactive through this Circle will be used to manage that process. Movis Media Group and Queen Up Media Group, Lesesne Media Group, and Eye Urban TV will oversee this area.  Various media outlets will create or partner with established networks to assure success.

The Circle of Security Group is managed by Haynes Security Services, Inc.  We will be working the Super Security Summit Employ Miami Dade Program provide referrals for employment

We are recruiting an Army of Tutors that will be trained to empower the African American community to help increase the literacy levels of families across the nation.  

All members of the Harlem Entrepreneurs Club are encouraged to have a certain level of training weekly on our strategic plan.  There is also Specialized Training Sessions as well as the Annual  Training Retreat.

The Circle of is dedicated to providing information about alternative schooling and schools that focus on culture awareness that support the efforts of other groups that request our assistance.

One of the best kept secrets in South FL is the Fire Service.  The Circle of Brotherhood is Proud to partner with The Professional Firefighters Association.  The Progressive Firefighters Association and the City of Miami Firefighters.
